Topo engaged by Healthy Land & Water to Provide Sediment Basin Training Days

Healthy Land and Water, in conjunction with the Department of Environment and Heritage Protection (DEHP) engaged Topo to deliver sediment basin training sessions in North Queensland and South-East Queensland. The days focused on educating participants on State Planning Policy (SPP) changes, the new Type A and Type B sediment basins (detailed in the IECA Appendix B revision) and field demonstrations of high efficiency sediment basins, automated dosers and the use of coagulants and flocculants. 

Feedback from the days has been great with over 100 participants, and hopefully there will be oppurtunities in the future for similar days for industry to meet, learn and discuss these positive changes.
