Proud to support Surf Life Saving Queensland SOS appeal
Topo is proud to support Surf Life Saving Queensland’s "Support our Savers" (SOS) appeal.
SOS Week is SLSQ’s major annual fundraising appeal and is pivotal in ensuring volunteer surf life savers have the necessary equipment, training and resources. The costs of setting up a single patrol add up to more than $80,000 and with the impacts of COVID-19 being felt across the country, this year’s appeal has been more important than ever as large numbers of the public continue to head to the beach.
We encourage others to support local community and sporting groups as its important to maintain such organisations during tough times. Our own director Steven Chamberlain can often be spotted in the red and yellow at Dicky Beach Surf Club, and with Kyle Robson’s daughter recently joining Dicky Beach nippers, we think it’s only a matter of time before we see Kyle in his speedos and the red and yellow cap loving life as a clubby! While SOS week may be over, it’s not too late to donate by clicking here.
